Any delivery estimates provided at checkout or with your order are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events and periods of high demand.
Where tracking information is available, it will generally be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Beach Lovers Store may ship products to customers in a range of countries.
Some products may be produced or dispatched from different locations depending on the item and delivery destination. As a result, delivery times and shipping services may vary between products and countries.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains several products, they may be produced or fulfilled by different suppliers or locations.
This means your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.
Receiving part of your order does not necessarily mean the remaining items have been forgotten or are missing.

Delivery Addresses

We will do our best to assist, but once an order has entered production, processing or shipment, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow some time after receiving tracking information for the carrier’s system to display movement or updates.
Delayed Orders
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected.
Delays can occur because of carrier networks, customs, weather, peak shopping periods, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order appears significantly overdue, please contact us with your order number and we will assist with checking its status where possible.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe a shipment may have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged items, please keep the product and packaging and provide clear photographs showing the damage so we can investigate the issue.
