Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details along with clear photographs showing the issue.
Once we have reviewed the information, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
Change of Mind
Please choose your products carefully before placing your order.
Many of our products may be produced, printed or prepared specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we may not be able to accept returns or provide refunds simply because you change your mind, select the wrong size, colour or design, or no longer want the item.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Returns
Please contact us before returning any product.
Items should not be returned without first receiving return instructions from Beach Lovers Store. Where a return is approved, we will provide information about the return process and where the item should be sent.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer guarantees, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow reasonable processing time after a refund has been approved. Your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
Cancellations and Order Changes
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but once an order has entered production, processing or shipment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Non-Returnable Items
